How do I get more action points?
You get more action points by waiting. If you have the Celerity power, the amount of time you have to wait per action point is reduced. If you have Stamina, your maximum action points value is increased. Action points recharge whether you are logged in or not - just as you are always vulnerable to attack, unless you fall into shadow.
