If you have cookies disabled, this can be remedied in Internet Explorer from Tools->Internet Options, the Privacy tab. There, you can either:
 Click 'Advanced' and choose to accept first-party cookies, or
 Click 'Edit' (under Web Sites) and enter 'http://quiz.ravenblack.net/', then click Allow.

If that doesn't help, it's possible that you are encountering an odd glitch that Internet Explorer occasionally has; to remedy this, you need to do the following:
 1. Go to Tools->Internet Options, the Privacy tab.
 2. Click 'Edit' (under Web Sites), and enter 'http://quiz.ravenblack.net/', then click Deny.
 3. Click OK a few times, until you are out of the configuration.
 4. Go to Tools->Internet Options, the Privacy tab again.
 5. Click 'Edit' (under Web Sites), and enter 'http://quiz.ravenblack.net/', then click Accept, this time.
 6. Click OK to return to normal, and the cookie problem should be resolved.

If you are using a browser other than Internet Explorer, I can't help you. Try a different browser or a different computer to see if it works elsewhere.
