Someone is spamming my IRC server, forum, guestbook, etc. with their vampire link.
Please report them using this form. Their account will be deleted if they were spamming.
Links on a page over which they have sole control are not spam - quizilla page links, or links in the writer's own journal, for example, are perfectly valid.
