I don't know my password. Can you send it to me?
If there was an email address given for the account, for password retrieval, then you can recover the password yourself - simply try to log in and you will be offered a link to have the password emailed to you, unless your vampire has been deleted or you are having a problem with cookies. Don't forget when logging in that your vampire name is case-sensitive.
If no email address was given then I can't send you your password because if there's no email address on the account then I have no way of knowing whether you are the real owner of the vampire or someone trying to steal it. You can create a new vampire.
